Overview: 5 stages of The Summit Journey take you from an individual contributor to a leader who has the opportunity to receive products, training, coaching, and practice at each stage. You will gradually move from participant (Walker) to a leader (Climber/Guide/Expedition Leader) and enhance your skills and leadership competency along the way!

What to Expect
